Lumitech does not sell standard consumer products through this website. Payment, cancellation and refund rights for business services must be defined in the relevant signed agreement.
Before work begins
A proposal or agreement should define scope, fees, payment timing, dependencies, cancellation rights and any non-refundable commitments such as approved third-party costs.
Work already performed
Fees for completed work, reserved capacity or approved third-party costs are generally not refundable unless the signed agreement states otherwise or applicable law requires it.
Unused prepaid work
If an agreement ends before all prepaid work is delivered, any refund or credit will be assessed under that agreement, taking account of work completed, committed costs and notice requirements.
Requesting a review
Send the project name, invoice reference and reason for the request to hello@lumitechltd.com. We will review the request against the applicable agreement and legal obligations.
